At Keepy Uppy Calendar, we want to make sure that you receive your order in a timely and cost-effective manner. That is why we offer cheap ground shipping to anywhere in the U.S. which typically takes 2-5 business days.
Sometimes, especially around the holidays, delivery may take a little longer than planned, this is outside of our control but we do our best to get your order out to you in a timely manner. Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Keepy Uppy Calendar.
Please review a few of our policies that will help you better understand how we accomplish customer satisfaction at keepyuppycalendar.com. For any errors in your order fulfillment or damaged items that have been received you must contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order. Any reports of this nature received after 2 business days, keepyuppycalendar.com reserves the right to handle each inquiry on a case-by-case basis. Product may be returned and/or exchanged ONLY within 7 business days of receiving the product. Absolutely NO items will be accepted for return and/or exchange without Return Authorization (RA). Please email us to obtain a Return Authorization number. Include in the email your order number, reason for return/exchange, name and contact information. It is the responsibility of the customer to incur any and all return/exchange shipping costs. Copies of the original sales invoice or order confirmation must accompany any items returned to keepyuppycalendar.com. In order to be as prompt as possible, please email info@keepyuppycalendars.com with the details above to receive your RA. Please note that no opened calendars will be able to be returned.
