Different Ability Levels
We understand that every player will have a different ability level, and that is okay! Some will just be starting out in their soccer journey, and others will be years into it. We all have to start somewhere, and there is always room to improve. So, we created some ideas for different ability levels so that you can match the level to your player and make sure that they are always challenged without being frustrated.

Below is a guide to our recommended levels, but if you'd like them to work on something else specific to them, then just go for it! There are no limits to what you can use your Keepy Uppy Calendar to practice.
It's all about encouraging repetition while rewarding the practice put in and, most of all, having fun!
Levels
Level 1 - Beginner
Try juggling the ball with your dominant foot and allow for one bounce in between juggles. If the ball bounces more than once, then reset.
Level 2 - Advanced Beginner
Try juggling the ball with your dominant foot without any bounce in between juggles. If the ball touches the ground, then reset.
Level 3 - Seasoned
Option 1: Try juggling the ball between your dominant and non-dominant foot, once on each foot. If the ball touches the ground or you use one foot twice, then reset.
Option 2: Alternatively, try juggling the ball only with your non-dominant foot.
Level 4 - Expert
Option 1: Try juggling the ball from your foot to your knee, either on the same side or alternate between the left foot and right knee, and right foot and left knee. If you don't use the correct foot or knee, then reset.

Option 2: Try juggling the ball from your foot to the back of your neck, catch it, hold for a few seconds, and repeat. If the ball hits the ground or you don't balance it for a few seconds once caught, then reset.
